Lime kiln environmental protection and treatment: While we are committed to researching the process technology of lime kilns, we have also conducted professional research on environmental protection and treatment issues in the production process of lime kilns, forming a comprehensive solution for the treatment of lime kiln flue gas.

Flue gas particulate matter (dust) treatment: cyclone deduster is adopted to collect coarse particles, and then pulse large bag deduster is used to collect fine particle dust, so that the particle emission meets the standard.

Flue gas desulfurization treatment: the water film desulfurization tower is used to wash the sulfur-containing flue gas, so that the sulfide emission reaches the standard, and the desulfurizing liquid is recycled.

Flue gas denitrification treatment: our company and Anhui University of Chemical Technology jointly developed a unique flue gas denitrification treatment plan. Compared with the low temperature SCR denitrification plan, low nitrogen combustion denitrification plan, it adopts the normal temperature denitrification SCR technology. The cost of the normal temperature SCR denitrification treatment is greatly reduced, and electrolyte solution can be recycled.
